Has India already begun War on Pakistan?
By: Tupaki Desk | 29 Sep 2016 9:36 AM GMTThe recent developments have raised the doubt if India has already begun the war against its arch-rival Pakistan in the wake of Uri terror attack. India has already proved Pakistan's role in the recent terror attack on Army Camp that killed 18 soldiers. Majority of the Indians expressed the feeling of going for war is the best option before India. Seems like, Centre has already begun settling scores with the rival.
Within 3 Days after Uri attack, India troops entered Pak-occupied Kashmir and attacked the terrorist camps. However, There is no official confirmation from the Union Government. With information of terrorists planning attacks in Kashmir & all major cities in the country, India has intensified the attacks.
On Thursday morning, A High-Level Meeting chaired by PM Narendra Modi took place to review the situation at the India-Pak border. Soon after the meeting ended, Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) lieutenant general Ranbhir Singh informed media that Indian Army has opened fire against Terror Camps and their launch pads at the border since last night. As many as five terror camps were burnt to ashes so far.
Reportedly, Home Minister Rajnath Singh spoke to Chief Ministers of the various Indian states sharing border with Pakistan. He has given clear instructions to evacuate people in the 10 km radius only to ensure citizens were safe if war is inevitable. Today, All-Party Meeting at 4 pm would give much more clarity on the subject.
Meanwhile, India succeeded in uniting neighboring countries to teach a lesson to Pakistan. Already, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Bhutan and Sri Lankan have decided to boycott Saarc summit in Pakistan along with the tri-color nation.
The counter attack by India Government is widely appreciated but the Stock Market has seen a sharp dip after the announcement. While Sensex lost 395 points, Nifty was down by 100 points.
Pak PM Nawaz Sharif condemned the attacks of Indian Army at the border. He asked India not to see his country's policies seeking peace as weakness. He also pledged there is no scope for compromise when it comes to protecting the Nation.
