Indian Arrested For Sex With Minor In US

Sachin Aji Bhaskar, a 22-Year-Old Youth, was arrested in the United States on charges of luring a 11-Year-Old into sex. Accused is a resident of Buffalo City in New York.
The Youth contacted the Minor Girl, who claimed to be 15, on a social media platform in August. He picked up the Girl from Buffalo City and dropped her after having sexual intercourse.
As per the charges leveled against him, Sachin Aji Bhaskar faced a minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and maximum of life imprisonment apart from USD 250,000 fine if proven guilty. Mr.Bhaskar was produced before the US Magistrate Judge.
Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Child Exploitation Task Force carried out an investigation based on the social media postings. That's how this criminal case was booked.
