Man who escapes Plane crash wins $1 Million

A Keralite who was one of the passengers of Emirates plane which crash landed at Dubai airport last week and burnt to ashes won a jackpot of $1 million.
Mohammad Basheer Abdul bought the raffle ticket while he was on his way to home town Thiruvananthapuram on the eve of Eid festival in July this year. Luckily, Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire has announced his number '0845' as the winner.
Mr.Abdul works as an Administrator with a car dealer in Dubai. He has been living in Dubai for the past 37 years. He is planning to return to India after his retirement, which is just four months away.
This is how he reacted after winning the Jackpot: 'After surviving the plane crash, I felt God offered Me a second life. Now, He blessed Me with the Jackpot. Its time for retirement. I would offer financial assistance to the underprivileged children in Kerala'.
