Indian Student shot dead by Robbers in US

Arshad Vhora, an Indian-origin Student, was shot dead by armed robbers at the Clark gas station at 142nd and Langley in Dolton, Chicago.
Two People were shot dead during the robbery attempt inside the convenience store. Second Victim, who was severely injured, is yet to be named. Both the Victims are said to be related and Vhora was filling in for a Family Member. A reward of USD 12,000 was announced to solve the case.
As per a report of Gun Violence Archive (GVA), About 58,491 incidents of gun violence has been reported across US in 2017. While 14,763 people got killed, 29,888 suffered severe injuries.
Attacks on Indians kept increasing in the past few years. In the first half of December, An Indian-origin Youth was critically wounded by an unidentified assailant. On December 15th, Karunakar Karengle was killed during attempted robbery in Ohio. Yesterday, It's Arshad Vhora & his family who paid a huge price.
