Giving her best shot, Indian Table Tennis player Bhavina Patel has assured a medal to the country in the ongoing Paralympics tournament. By crushing her Chinese opponent, Bhavina made it to the finals which will be played tomorrow.
At the Semi Finals played today, Bhavina and China's Zhang Miao fought fiercely for the spot in the finals. In the end, Bhavina recorded a win and jumped into finals.
Bhavina's win against Zhang Miao is a memorable one. She had won against the Chinese competitor in their 12th encounter. She had lost to the Chinese athlete in all the previous 11 encounters.
In the finals too, Bhavina will lock horns with a Chinese athlete. She will take on Ying Zhou, who is ranked as World Number One.
