Indians Continue To Face Racial Abuse in The United States!

America has been the dreamland of Indians for quite some time and it continues to be due to various reasons. The better facilities and opportunities make Indians move to the land of opportunities. It is no doubt that the Indian population is the highest Asian population in the United States.
This is one side of the story. The other side of the story is that Indians often get subjected to attacks and racial abuse. The average of attacks against Indians in the United States has been increasing over the past few years. The Covid outbreak added fuel to the rise in these incidents.
Usually, men do such attacks and hurl racial abuses. But as a dangerous change in the trend, even women are also indulging in such activities. One such incident was reported in the United States. A woman was arrested on the charges of assaulting and hurling racial abuse at Indian women.
The Texas State in the United States saw a local American woman attacking a few Indian women. The video went viral and the Indian women said that they are being assaulted. Based on the video evidence and the complaint received, the Texas Police arrested the accused woman.
The video show an American woman going up to Indian women and starting an argument with them. She even used cuss words and racial abuses against them. She even assaulted them. The Texas police swung into action and arrested the woman. She was sent to jail as well.
The Texas Police followed due procedure and arrested the accused. They are good at their work. But the problem here is the harmony in the United States which is in a problematic situation. A country like the United States going through a such situation is not a small thing.
America often lectures India about harmony whenever any communal issues happen in India. During the Hijab controversy, America made a big noise and said that it is observing the developments here. But America Administration is not talking about the issues in the nation which are bringing a big bad image to the nation, which is the land of opportunities.
