Ex-Star TV CEO's Wife arrested for Murder

Indrani Mukerjea, who is the founder of 9X Media and W/O former Star India CEO Peter Mukerjea, was arrested by Mumbai police for allegedly murdering her sister Sheena Bora three years ago and dumping her body at Raigad district.
Based on the information given by an Informer, Mumbai Police took Indrani Mukerjea's Driver Shyam Manav Manohar Rai into custody and he confessed murdering Sheena Bora during the interrogation. A case was booked against Indrani Mukerjea and her Driver under Sections 302, 34 and 201 of Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Suburban Khar Police served notices to attend questioning and arrested her after multiple questions related to the murder. Cops have come to a conclusion that financial dispute has led to the murder. Court granted police custody of both the accused till August 31st.
Peter Mukerjea assures complete co-operation to the police in the murder case.
Indrani and Peter tied th knot in 2002 when she was working as HR Consultant and he was Star India CEO. They launched 9X Media in 2007, for which Indrani was the CEO and Peter was Chairman.
