Indrani Mukhejea poisoned inside the Prison

The twists and turns in Sheena Bora murder case seems to be never gonna end. After Indrani Mukhejea was hospitalised in an unconscious state, Doctors suspected she might have attempted suicide by consuming handful of drugs meant to fight depression at once.
In her statement to police on Monday, Indrani Mukherjea told she neither consumed any drug nor fed any medicine on Thursday or Friday, before she collapsed in Byculla jail.
Indrani's Lawyer clarifies his client never had any suicidal tendencies and not even had depression issues while she was in police custody.
A Senior Maharashtra Home Department official informs it is being probed if Indrani was poisoned inside the prison. "Prime Facie reveals its highly impossible for Indrani to store drugs for several days and consume them at one go. It's also unlikely that a prison official has helped her to commit suicide. So, We are focusing now on whether anybody tried to poison her," he told.
