Telangana Teen Shoots Himself Over JEE Result

Sahil, a 17-Year-Old Student, committed suicide on Tuesday after failing to crack the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains Test.
The Teenager shot himself with the pistol of his Father who is a retired Army Jawan at his residence in the Neredmet, Hyderabad. This tragic incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday.
Apparently, Sahil obtained coaching from the Aakash Institute for the JEE Mains Test. He, however, was dejected upon knowing about his failure in cracking the test when the results were announced on Monday. To make matters worse, Sahil's Father scolded him for not taking studies seriously. All these factors prompted the Teen to take the extreme step.
Cops questioned Sahil's Father Meheruddin to know what has happened. He is right now working as a security guard at a Bank.
