iPASS to boost Investments in Telangana

iPASS Act is a single window clearance system and approvals will be based on self-certification which is a move that sends the message 'State Government trusts the Investors'. As of now, Telangana Government has approved 25 projects in 30 days time frame. A Task Force has been set up to review the Taxation Structure.
IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao expressed confidence that iPASS Act will boost investments in Telangana. He said Government is keen on setting up Pharma City, Textile Park and 3 Industrial Corridors. He also stated Telangana will be power surplus state by 2016 and 10% of the water in all reservoirs will be used for Industrial purpose.
