IPS Officer rapes a Model

An FIR has been registered against DIG Sunil Paraskar (57) in Mumbai's Malwani police station based on the complaint of a model.
In the complaint, the model alleged this IPS Officer has forced her into a physical relationship during the investigation into a case and raped her repeatedly in a hotel at Madh between December 2014 to January 2014. She accuses the DIG of molesting her after she was summoned by in connection with a case and raped 4 times in Madh island. She also submitted text messages exchanged between the two, photos and videos.
Sunil Paraskar is a 1987 batch officer and he is likely to retire in 2 years. He is currently on duty as deputy inspector general at the Protection of Civil Rights Unit in Colaba. He also served in the crime branch and anti-narcotics cell.
