The IRCTC said that 15 special trains will be started as a first phase and the advance bookings for these trains will be started from 4 pm on the 11th of May.

In the first phase, IRCTC will be running the special Rajdhani trains which will run from New Delhi stations to Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi.

At the same time, the IRCTC has also issued some guidelines which state that the passengers should wear face masks and they should go through thermal screening before the train departure.

Passengers with no signs of the novel coronavirus will only be allowed to board the train to go to their preferred travel destinations.
