Is BJP behind the Kapu unity moves?

If highly placed sources are to be believed, the "unseen" hand behind the efforts at Kapu unity is out in the open. The heightened activity among the Kapu politicians has now become a hot topic and many believed that the TDP was behind the planned activation of the Kapu community. Now it turns out that there is another party behind the whole plan.
One interesting aspect of the Kapu activism is that all those who have suddenly become active are non-YSRCP leaders. They are generally closer to the TDP establishment. But sources say that there are several unseen leaders who are working furiously to bring the Kapus together. Leaders like Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Bonda Uma Maheswara Rao, former DGP Rammohan Rao and others are only a front and that there are other leaders who are working behind the screen.
According to sources, they are all BJP men. These leaders want to play the Kapu card to help the BJP. The argument of these persons is that the two other prominent social categories – the Kamma and the Reddy - have been appropriated by the TDP and the YSRCP respectively. Hence the BJP should focus on numerically strong and politically unorganized Kapus, so goes the argument of these BJP thinking heads.
It is because of this, according to some analysts, that the normally heard names like Mudragada Padmanabham are being omitted. They want a new crop of Kapu leaders, unencumbered by the past failures, to lead the movement. Hence Ganta is being hedged forward as the leader, the analysts say.
