Is it Singapore or Chicago, which one is best for AP?

There were many speculations on the AP state capital city since state bifurcation. In the early stages many places was in consideration for new capital. Considering this Babu many times announced his plans on building state capital in Singapore standards.
Soon after Shivarama Krishnan committee report there is sudden change in the state politics. Committee members suggested strongly to choose capital in around Donakonda area. But due to some reason Babu and his ministers are shown their reluctance to go with committee suggestion. On the other end Babu who thought to build state capital with Singapore standards changed his decision drastically. During his announcement in assembly Babu confirmed that Vijayawada surrounding places will be considered for state capital and disclosed his plans to opt Chicago city standards.
Surprisingly, Babu had a meeting with Singapore ex-Prime minister Chalk tang Few hours back. In this meeting he discussed on state capital planning and its architecture. Babu requested him to share his experience to turn new capital in to Singapore standards. From this itÂ’s pretty clear that babu is in full confusion over state capital. Seems he is not able to decide between Chicago and Singapore. LetÂ’s see which city Andhra people will get.
