Is KCR's decision to field PV's daughter as MLC is a strategic move or humiliation?

Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) supremo, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has announced former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao's daughter SurabhiVani Devi as the party candidate for the Graduates' constituency for the MLC elections.
Political analysts opined that the Telangana Chief Minister has fielded Surabhi Vani Devi as a strategical move to hit two birds with one stone by projecting that Congress and BJP parties have disrespected PV Narasimha Rao.
Telangana politics are revolving around P V Narasimha Rao's legacy. KCR has been accusing the Congress party of disowning the great leader and former Indian Prime Minister.
KCR's move is said to be a strong statement that both the parties have neglected the former Prime Minister and his party has respected the PV Narasimha Rao's family by fielding his daughter as the party candidate.
It is also said that a section of analysts are in the opinion that the move to field Vani Devi as an MLC is not an appreciable decision as the MLC election is expected to be a tough fight.
They feel that if Vani Devi losses the MLC election, as the fight is going to be a tough one, the PV's family might face an embarrassment.BJP and Congress have announced sitting MLC N Ramachandra Rao and former minister G Chinna Reddy respectively for the elections. Ex-MLC Dr. K Nageshwar will also contest the elections.
Leaders like PCC working Chief Ponnam Prabhakar wondered why KCR went for PV's daughter when there is a tough fight in the elections. He said if he really fights for PV's legacy he would have sent her to Upper House or nominate her as MLC.
