Is KCR helping or opposing Telengana?

KCR is a well known politician in Telengana. He is stated to be the biggest asset for the upcoming Telengana state. Interestingly, KCRs family belongs to Vizianagaram which is in Seemandhra. In spite of being a person from Seemandhra, KCR publicly announced all the Seemandhra people who are working in Telengana should leave the state.
This statement turned out to be a controversial one in both Telengana and Seemandhra. After facing lots of struggle, Telengana people succeeded in making the Congress government to give their place. Now if KCR makes such statements, Congress government may take back its word. It is really a tough task to send back Seemandhra people from Telengana. It takes few years of work to do that task.
It involves huge risk too. Taking all these into consideration, Congress government may finally say that they cannot divide the state as the bonding between the people belonging to the 2 regions is deeply rooted. If this happens, KCR will be considered as the main person for that decision. Now the question is Is KCR helping or opposing Telengana?
