Is Lokesh the villain in Butchaiah episode?

Many in the TDP say that Butchaiah Chowdary's banner of revolt is only the beginning. There is a lot more to come. Sources say many more leaders are unhappy with the way Lokesh is dealing with them. Many senior leaders feel it very insulting to wait for days to secure an appointment with Lokesh, who in several cases is not even half the age of the senior politicians.
One of the main grouses of Butchaiah Chowdary is that both Chandrababu and Lokesh do not answer his phone calls. Butchaiah is said to have told his close associates that while it is okay if Chandrababu has airs. But,what is unbearable for him is Lokesh Babu's starry tantrums. Not only does Lokesh not answer the calls, he refuses to meet anyone without a prior appointment. This has rankled Butchaiah so much that he has decided to resign his post and from the party.
Sources say that senior party hand JC Diwakar Reddy too had a similar experience. He was told by Lokesh Babu's PA that Lokesh would not meet anyone without a prior appointment. Sources say JC had never tried to meet Lokesh after this incident. Former Assembly speaker Pratibha Bharati too was sent back for not taking an appointment. She reportedly was moved to tears at this insult and is said to have left in a huff. Sources say that despite knowing about this incident, Chandrababu Naidu did not deem it fit to intervene.
Even when he was a minister in Chandrababu's cabinet, Lokesh reportedly made several ministers wait for several house before his chambers. Many leaders are okay with Chandrababu's domination, but they are unable to put up with Lokesh Babu's tantrums. If sources are to be believed, many more seniors are likely to come out in the days to come and speak out against Lokesh. It remains to be seen as to how would Chandrababu deal with the situation.
