Is PM Modi No Less than CM Jagan in Financial Management?

Andhra Pradesh and financial mismanagement are going hand in hand now. The opposition parties like Telugu Desam Party and Janasena are not leaving any stone unturned to target the ruling YCP on this. The Andhra Pradesh wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party, which wants to increase its footprint in the state is also aggressively attacking the state government on this.
Adding a big twist to the tale, the BJP is also having big issues in continuing a big scheme. The issues are creating obstacles to a level that, the beneficiaries are waiting for the next installment to get credit in their accounts and the wait for the same kept on increasing.
Going into detail, the farmers who are supposed to get money in their accounts under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-Kisan Yojana) scheme are awaiting the money deposits. The 11th installment for the beneficiary farmers is supposed to get credit in the farmers' bank account in April. We are in May now and the farmers are yet to get the money.
As the welfare scheme was designed in a way that the money gets installed once in four months, the previous installment was deposited in January this year. The next installment is due in April. But the next installment is yet to reach the beneficiaries and the farmers are hoping to get the money.
While many think that due to the financial burden, the Union government might have delayed the installment, it is also said that making changes to the existing scheme might have also triggered the delay.
As a big change, the Centre said that making KYC for the scheme is a must and without that the benefits cannot be given. With many farmers not having an idea of the PM Kisan Portal, the KYC process got delayed and many farmers missed out on the list.
Looking at this, we can say that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is no less than Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in terms of financial management and delay in the monetary benefits of the schemes. But the BJP leaders are hiding this and attacking Jagan constantly.
