Is There A Deal Between Modi & KCR?

Post 2014 General Elections, There were times Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao was denied the appointment of PMO citing the busy schedule of Narendra Modi. This might be because Modi Hawa continued all over the country except in Telangana and few other states (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Odisha and West Bengal).
In the past three years, KCR showered praises on Narendra Modi and vice versa. Speculations were abuzz that TRS fielded weak candidates in the constituencies of BJP Sitting MLAs. Whereas, The results hadn't justified this theory.
Although Modi and KCR took potshots at each other few days before the polling, PMO hasn't denied appointment for the Telangana CM. The meeting between Modi and KCR lasted for close to one-and-a-half-hour. In addition, Body Language of the TRS Supremo in the presence of PM raised many doubts. KCR claimed to have appealed Centre to fulfil the promises made to Telangana in the meeting with Modi. That does mean they haven't discussed about 2019 Lok Sabha? Focus of KCR has been more on targeting Chandrababu Naidu in the recent press meet. Was it done deliberately after the meeting with Modi? Did PM encouraged KCR to launch a counter attack against Babu for the bad propaganda on him?
