Kerala High Court expressed displeasure over the manner in which investigation was carried out by the cops in the abduction and sexual assault case of the Popular Actress.
Justice P Ubaid found fault with the Investigation Team for prolonging the probe. 'Is this a movie script?,' the court asked while expressing displeasure.
High Court responded in this manner during the hearing of bail petition moved by Dileep's friend & director Nadirshah. In reply, Director General of Prosecution informed the HC that probe will be concluded within two weeks.
A direction has been given to Nadirshah by High Court to cooperate with the cops and attend questioning on Friday. Prosecution claims necessary evidence was collected to prove the Director's role in the crime. The next hearing of the anticipatory bail petition was posted to September 18th.
