Is This the Reason Behind Tammineni's Diplomacy?

As part of the Cabinet Reshuffle in Andhra Pradesh, the state government had taken a few communities into the cabinet. The likes of BCs, SC, and STs were given posts besides OCs.However, a few key leaders did not get a chance in the new cabinet that took charge the other day.
Many leaders like Thammineni Seetharam could not get a Cabinet post. When asked about the same, the Speaker said that his followers felt that he would get a spot but he could not and he has no issues with that.
Thammineni Seetharam asked what's wrong with pinning hopes on getting a Cabinet post when he had worked for the party and supported Jagan when he had started the Padayatra. Recalling the days, he said that he stood by Jagan and when the party rose to power he hoped to get a post.
Having said that he is ready to work for the patty no matter what the position he holds. I should not be an issue for Jagana and I am ready to take up any post that comes my way.
Many say that deep down Tammineni is very hurt due to the cabinet issue because he is not letting his anger out as the leadership is reportedly angry at the leader like Suchariotha who had resigned from her MLA post. After Sucharita resigned as an MLA, it was reported that the YCP was not happy with her and she might not get any support from the party. Fearing the same treatment, he might have sounded diplomatic.
