IT Employees Wants To Continue To Operate With Work From Home

The survey was conducted by the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association to find out whether the employees are willing to go to offices to render their services or not.
A majority of the respondents opined that they want to continue the Work From Home (WFH) facility as the fresh pandemic cases are raising rapidly day by day.
The data collected by the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association, HYSEA in short form said that 90-100 percent of the employees are in opinion to continue to operate Work From Home.
After the pandemic outbreak, major IT Companies and other firms have asked the employees to work from home since the end of March.
The percentage of employees who want to operate Work From Home(WFH) improved gradually. At the end of March, 70-89 percent of employees wanted to operate from home, while the percentage rose to around 20 percent in September.
However, the productivity of the employees did not change much during this period. Around eighty percent of the companies said that employee productivity was recorded at over 75 percent during this period.
