It is known that IT companies recently found employees are landing in jobs with the help of fake experience certificates and fake certificates. The leading IT firm Accenture recently laid off a few employees on the same charges and sent shocking waves.
Now it's the turn of United States-based IT firm Cognizant to sack the employees as they failed background checks and used fake certificates to get the jobs. As many as six percent of employees were removed from their jobs.
The employees lost their jobs in the second quarter. The new development left as many as 1,000 employees working in various positions losing their jobs. This can be a dangerous signal for all the employees who used fake certificates to get jobs.
