Aadhaar Authority Files Case Against IT Grids

Data Theft Case related to the IT Grids Company created a sensation in Telugu States. Few weeks ago, Telangana Police raided the IT Grids Company, arrested few employees, seized documents and hard disks. Following which, Cases were booked against the Company Chairman and it's representatives. A Photograph of IT Grids Chairman attending the official meeting chaired by IT Minister Nara Lokesh drew severe criticism.
Later, TRS Government set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the IT Grids Case. The main accusations on the IT Grids is that AP Voters Information was obtained by it through TDP's Seva Mitra App. Upon finding Aadhaar Details of AP Voters in the IT Grids Office, SIT had written to the Aadhaar Central Office seeking clarification over it. Subsequently, Aadhaar Authority forwarded a complaint to Madhapur Police through it's regional office in Hyderabad. A case was filed under Sections 37, 38, 40, 42 and 44 of Aadhaar Card Act. This case has been forwarded to the SIT investigating the IT Grids case immediately.
The fresh charges against IT Grids Company is gonna worry the TDP Leadership. Seems like, The issue is getting bigger day-by-day but CBN & Co., appears to be clueless about the ways to curtail the damage.
