It's Goud versus Goud these days in Telangana. Two leaders from the Goud community, who spearheaded the Telangana movement, are now in the opposite camps and are battling it out. Which of the two Gouds will will this battle royale?
With the elections to the Graduate MLC constituency round the corner, both the TRS and the BJP are pulling all stops. Both have deployed their best persons for the campaign. The TRS has given the responsibility of wooing the government employees to minister Srinivas Goud. The BJP on its part has given the responsibility to Swami Goud, who was an employees leader and is also the former chairperson of the legislative council. Both the Gouds are best of friends and have worked together during the Telangana agitation. Both were in the same party till recently. But, now things have changed. Swami Goud is now with the BJP and is working hard to ensure the victory of BJP candidate Ramachandra Rao.
Srinivas Goud these days is busy talking to the employees unions and is trying to convince them to vote for the BJP. On the other hand, the BJP is using Swami Goud to win over the government employees. Both the Gouds have taken a plunge. Let's wait and see which Goud will swim and which Goud will sink.
