The much-talked-about money extorting case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar took an unexpected turn with Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez's name getting attached. She was grilled by the Enforcement Directorate earlier in connection with the case a few times. The ED is digging deeper and deeper into the case to get more details.
The case went through a big development after the Enforcement Directorate reportedly filed a charge sheet in the case. A few national media outlets said in the charge sheet that the ED rubbished the opinion that Jacqueline Fernandez is innocent and she is very much aware of the history of Chandrashekhar.
Though she is aware of who Sukesh Chandrashekhar is she did not cut her ties with him and took gifts from him. It is also said that the conman also gifted cars to her heroines and she did not tell that to the investigating officers.
When they asked her about this by placing all the pieces of evidence, then she reportedly agreed. Earlier, there were reports that Jacqueline Fernandez received many luxury gifts including jewelry, gold, paintings, bags, and dresses.

The ED is believed to have maintained in the charge sheet that Jacqueline Fernandez deleted the call history and chat history with Sukesh and that's why the investigation officers could not confirm the links between the actress and Sukesh.
