HC Hands Over Jagan Attack Case To NIA

Here is the biggest turnaround in the case related to murder attempt on YS Jaganmohan Reddy at the Visakha Airport. Hyderabad High Court on Friday handed over the case to National Investigation Agency (NIA).
AP Government dubbed the attack on YS Jagan as a mere publicity stunt. An impression has been created that Accused Srinivas Rao is a fan of Jagan citing the flexi found in his house. It's been projected as an attempt to fetch sympathy for the Opposition Leader ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha Polls.
YS Jagan moved Hyderabad High Court seeking probe by an independent agency. He claimed to be lacking faith in the investigation carried out by the AP Police under the directions of TDP Government.
During the hearing, High Court expressed anguish on the AP Police for ignoring the conspiracy angle in the case. It even commented NIA should have take up this case as suo moto. HC made it clear AP Government won't have a role to play in the further investigation of the Jagan attack case.
On the other hand, AP Government argued this case doesn't need the services of NIA. Whereas, High Court felt the necessity for independent agency to find out the facts.
YSR Congress Leaders and Activists welcomed the order passed by the High Court. What will be the next move of AP Government?
