Jagan Case Transferred To Vijayawada

Hyderabad High Court directed National Investigation Agency (NIA) to probe the murder attempt case of YS Jaganmohan Reddy. TDP Government has been raising objection to HC offering the case to the Central Agency. And now, Yet another crucial development took place. Court issued orders transferring Jagan's Attack Case to Vijayawada Court.
NIA which began the probe moved a petition in Vijayawada Metropolitan Sessions Court seeking custody of the prime accused Srinivas Rao as per CrPC Section 41 (D). The Investigation Agency also sought complete case details.
As Visakha Police and SIT denied cooperation, NIA moved a petition in the NIA Special Court in Vijayawada. Paper Work related to Jagan Case could be submitted to NIA Court soon. Trail of the Jagan Attack Case will happen in Vijayawada from now.
