Focus On West Works In Favour Of Jagan!
By: Tupaki Desk | 12 April 2019 1:05 PM GMTNot being able to win a single seat in West Godavari District in 2014 Polls was the biggest setback for YSR Congress Party. TDP was able to clean sweep with the support of Jana Sena Party. This time, Telugu Desam and Jana Sena contested separately. There is curiosity over the end result.
Irrespective of the districts, TDP is relying solely on its cadre base and welfare schemes to win as many seats as possible in 2019 Polls.
YS Jaganmohan Reddy took ample care to improve the poll prospects of the party in this district with 15 MLA seats and 2 MP seats. YCP Chief played the BC Plank by promising Corporation if he forms the Government. Majority of the Balijas and Gowdas favoured Jagan in this election.
Pawan Kalyan is contesting from Bhimavaram which is in his home district. Although majority of the Kapus are keen to vote for Jana Sena, They weren't pleased with the campaigning trail of the Party Supremo. Not having familiar faces as Candidates is another drawback of Jana Sena.
Which ever party wins most seats in Godavari Districts will be forming the government. Who will be holding an upper hand in 2019?
