Jagan Declares War With CBI, Files For Bail

YSR-Congress president and Kadapa MP Y S Jagan has once again started giving a tough time for CBI in Supreme Court. He has filed a bail petition again which is a big hurdle for CBI to defend their acts.
In fact, according to the directive of Supreme Court, our investigation agency should complete the investigation by the end of March 2013. However nothing such happened for now with CBI just filing a 5th charge sheet and saying that they are yet to finish the investigation. Irritated by the way CBI is witch hunting him, Jagan filed a fresh bail petition again seeking his release from prison saying that CBI is intentionally locking him in. On the other hand CBI is saying that they are not having any deadline to finish the investigation. It looks like, CBIÂ’s only deadline is an order from Congress bosses to release Jagan.
This fresh war declared by Jagan will appear before the apex court on Saturday or on Monday. Watch this space for more updates.
