Jagan Ends Record Term Of This Official!

For the past seven-and-a-half years, Srinivasa Raju has been serving as the JEO of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. He was able to continue in this post for such a long term due to the contacts he maintains with an influential personality in New Delhi. At one stage, There were even speculations that he might contest on TDP Ticket from Nagari Constituency in 2019 Elections.
CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy transferred Srinivasa Raju and appointed Basanth Kumar as the new JEO of TTD. Mr.Raju was asked to report to the General Administration Department.
Srinivasa Raju was appointed as TTD JEO when he was serving as an Official in Public Enterprises. He continued in the same post during the TDP Rule.When Jagan visited Tirumala recently, Few Individuals brought to his notice about the Pro-TDP Stand of JEO. That is how the decision was taken to transfer Srinivasa Raju.
Basanth Kumar served as Visakha Metropolitan Regional Development Authority Commissioner. He worked as OSD and Joint Secretary for Governor ESL Narasimhan in the past. Basant Kumar stood as an inspiration to many by spending only Rs 18,000 for his Son's Marriage.
