By: Tupaki Desk | 21 April 2014 6:34 AM GMTYSRCP president and projected CM of Seemandhra YS Jagan is involved himself in deep troubles for showing wrong information in his affidavit.Jagan is facing the danger of getting his candidature rejected.Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, who has recently filed his nomination papers for the Pulivendula Assembly seat showed his assets at Rs.416 crore.
In the affidavit he also declared that neither he nor his wife owns any car. However his declaration was proved fake and it is found that Jagan has two vehicles on his name. One imported BMW car with number AP09BN2345 and a scorpio with registration number AP09BV1229 are both of YS JaganÂ’s name. But these cars are not declared during JaganÂ’s nomination.
Transport officials also declared the same and by taking cue from this development TDP party is getting ready to sue Jagan.TDP is gearing to take up this complaint with the Election Commission. Earlier also Jagan faced similar allegations of not disclosing his properties in Bangalore. But he escaped by proving that his own residential buildings are registered in the name of companies.
But now it is crystal clear and the vehicles were registered under his name only. According to rules, any wrong declarations in Affidavit can result in the disqualification of the candidate. So we need to see how strong EC will consider this matter.
