Jagan Fans Waiting Eagerly For June 7th
By: Tupaki Desk | 15 May 2013 11:46 AM GMTFrom quite a time, the ruling party and their caged parrot are quite successful in holding Jagan back in Chanchalguda prison. But still it looks like the yuva netas followers got some time now to catch a glimpse of their heartthrob leader.
According to a Court order, Jagan should be brought out of Chanchalguda on June 7th, and this will give ample scope for him to wave hands at his diehard fans. CBI Court that is looking into CBIs 5th Charge Sheet has ordered Jagan to be present before them for a prosecution. Already Chanchalguda jail authorities are informed about this and arrangements are being made to bring Jagan to Court. This will give a chance for fans to get a view of the YSR Congress boss who is getting witch hunted by the Congress from a year or so.
However, CBI on the other hand felt a slap in the face with Court deciding not to acknowledge charges like IPC 409 for criminal breach of trust as accused by CBI against YS Jagan. Also Court havent taken Section 12 of PC act into consideration, giving way to the yuvaneta to appeal against this Charge Sheet in court.
