Jagan playing Kamma card

Is Jagan trying to give more prominence to Kammas in YSR Congress Party? At least, This is what one has to believe upon witnessing the recent developments.
Buzz is that Yuva Neta is keen on inviting as many Kamma Leaders as possible into YCP before 2019 Polls to send a message his party isn't for Reddys alone. In a first move, Jagan sent feelers to Devineni Nehru with the proposal of offering him a respectable position if he joins YCP.
On the other hand, Kamma Leaders within YSRC were being asked by Jagan to be aggressive during the Assembly sessions and effectively counter the Ruling Party's ploys. Its because of this reason Gudiwada MLA Kodali Nani has been receiving more media coverage these days.
Jagan is of the feeling Kammas have been playing significant role in state politics though they comprise of just 5% of the population in AP. Its too early to judge how far Jagan's caste card works, so lets wait for the time to decide.
