Taking inspiration from his Father YS Rajasekhar Reddy who won the hearts of people before 2004 Elections, YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy is mulling to launch a padayatra very soon. This padayatra is likely to start at Idupulapaya and end at Itchapuram. Currently, Jagan's Core Team is working on the route map & stand of YSR Congress party on key issues.
Actually, An announcement regarding Padayatra is expected during party's plenary in Guntur. However, The announcement has been delayed due to Nandyal by-election.
Political Strategist Prashant Kishor advised YS Jagan to step out of Lotus Pond and mingle with people for better results. As a result, Jagan has come to decision that padayatra is the best way to achieve good results. He will be covering anywhere around 1,500 kilometers during this mission. Route Map is being prepared in such a manner that Jagan would personally visit the Irrigation Projects completed by late YSR.
