AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy kept drawing everyone's attention by showing the clarity he have on each & every aspect related to the state. Apart from focussing on the Governance, Pending Projects & Appointments, Yuva Neta collected complete details of the funds State Government has to receive from the Centre. He prepared the representation to be submitted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who visited Tirupati Today.

As per the Jagan's report, Union Government should pay Rs 74,169 crore to AP which is facing financial crisis post bifurcation.

Revenue Deficit for 2014-15 Financial Year was Rs 16,078 crore. Due to lack of clarity over Ways & Means, Rs 6,870 crore expenditure wasn't included in the Revenue Deficit. Combining both takes the deficit to Rs 22,948. Centre offered only Rs 3,979 crore. Which means, As much as Rs 18,969 crore is still pending.

If Section 50, Section 51 related to Taxes in the AP Reorganisation Act 2014 is amended, AP will receive Rs 3,820 crore in addition.

Centre promised Rs 350 crore per year for seven backward districts in AP. For the 4th and 5th year, No payment was made due to the widening gap with TDP Government.

As per the Bifurcation Act, Bundhelkhand-like Package has to be offered to backward districts in AP. Which means, Rs 23,300 must be released.
