Jagan slams Centre & demands Justice!
By: Tupaki Desk | 20 Jan 2016 3:18 PM ISTYSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy slammed Union Government over the suicide of research scholar Rohith in Hyderabad Central University.
After consoling the family members of the deceased and discussing about the issue with Dalit students, Jagan demanded Centre to punish the people found guilty of abetting Rohith to commit suicide irrespective of their positions. He faulted Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya writing a letter to Centre regarding the students issue in HCU and another Central Minister mounting pressure based on it. He alleged University VC and Union Ministers are equally responsible for the suicide of Rohith.
Jagan opined the recent developments in the University is giving a feeling that humanity is disappearing. He questioned why few people were pointing out Rohith is an SC not BC after his death.
Yuva Neta demanded withdrawal of suspension against the Students and assured complete support to them on behalf of YCP. Lastly, He declared YSRC MPs would raise the issue in Parliament for doing justice to Rohith's Family.
