I will take part in Silent Protest at Vizag: Jagan
By: Tupaki Desk | 25 Jan 2017 9:50 AM GMTYSR Congress Party supremo YS Jaganmohan Reddy pledged to take part in the peaceful protest planned at Rama Krishna beach in Visakha for the sake of Special Category Status. The Opposition Leader made it clear that he is neither scared of arrest nor PD Act.
Yuva Neta informed there is complete information regarding Special Category Status in YSR Congress Party website. He claimed YCP has fought for Special Status at least 32 times in various forms such as Hunger Strike, Protests, Rallies & etc., He maintained YSRC has relentless fought for Special Status and created awareness about it among people of all the 13 Districts.'Our Fight willn't end in 32 or 33 attempts. It will go on as long as the mission is accomplished. We don't mind taking inspiration from anywhere to fight for our rights. I'm not saying Jaganmohan Reddy alone could achieve it or we could get Special Status within a day or two. But, The dream remains unfulfilled if we don't fight. Telangana Statehood which looked almost impossible became a reality. We should be ashamed if we fail to make the Rulers implement the promise given in the Parliament. Everybody should take part in the movement. Recently, We have seen entire Tamil Nadu fighting for Jallikattu. Tamil Nadu CM took the support of all the Opposition Parties to bring the Ordinance. If they could do so much for a sport, Shouldn't Telugus fight for a life and death issue? Chandrababu Naidu should be ashamed of himself for not even mounting pressure on Centre,' he opined.
