After conclusion of his meeting with President Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi, YS Jaganmohan Reddy responded on the defection of YSR Congress MLAs into ruling TDP. Particularly, He mentioned about Bhuma Nagireddy and Akhila Priya shifting loyalties to ruling party for Ministerial Berth.
Jagan: "Its so painful. Myself, My Mother, My Wife and My Sister took part in the final journey of Shobha Nagireddy. Chandrababu lured people who were treated as our family by offering them cabinet berth. This is shameful and nothing but making fun of democracy".
The Opposition Leader claimed TDP was able to lure only four MLAs in the past 19 months inspite of offering crores & posts. 'Hats off to the 63 YSR Congress MLAs who decided to fight for people despite all the odds,' he told.
Jagan appealed Pranab Mukherjee to intervene in Tuni violence and make sure Chandrababu goes behind the bars for the faults he committed.
