Jagan seeks disqualification of YSRC MLAs

YSR Congress Telangana leaders submitted letters to Assembly Speaker S Madhusudana Chary seeking disqualification of party legislators B Madan Lal and Thati Venkateswarlu under anti-defection law. They also video clippings and paper cuttings as proofs of their defection to TRS.
Apparently, Wyra MLA Madan Lal and Aswaraopet MLA Venkateswarlu who were elected on YSR Congress ticket in 2014 General Elections resigned to the primary membership of party and joined TRS within months.
Pressing disqualification of these Khammam district MLAs is the fight big step taken by YS Jagan against Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasehar Rao and TRS. Will the MLAs face disqualification and go for a by-election? The ball is in Speaker's court now!
