When TDP MLC Shilpa Chakrapani Reddy offered to join YSR Congress, YS Jaganmohan Reddy asked him to resign as Council Member first to walk in his path. Chakrapani Reddy abided by the order passed by Jagan without a second thought.
Shilpa Chakrapani Reddy alleged TDP has insulted him so badly. Today, He sent his resignation to TDP Primary Membership & MLC post to Chandrababu Naidu through Fax. 'I worked so hard to strengthen TDP in the past 2 years. Minister Akhila Priya and other TDP Leaders willn't be tolerated if they make personal allegations against us. My Brother won't even harm an Ant. How can MLAs who got sold out point fingers at us? If you have guts, Resign and show your strength in Nandyal by-poll. We will gift the victory of YCP Candidate Shilpa Mohan Reddy in Nandyal to YS Jagan,' he said.
