Finally, the storm in the Telangana Congress Party is over. Sangareddy MLA and party's working president T Jagga Reddy has cleared the air and said that there was no question of his resigning from the party. He said he would stay in the Congress Party only and that he would work like a loyal soldier.

Ending days of high drama over his resignation, Jagga Reddy held a meeting of his party workers from the constituency and told them to speed up the party's digital membership drive. He told the party workers that while other constituencies have enrolled up to 35000 members, only 9000 members have been digitally enrolled in Sangareddy. He called upon the party workers to enroll at least 40000 people by March 21.

He also announced that a massive party meeting with over 1 lakh people would be held in Sangareddy as a show of strength. He said that he would soon meet AICC chief Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in Delhi. He said he would work for the Congress Party only and slammed both the TRS and the Bharatiya Janata Party.

In this whole episode, he has succeeded in drawing the party's attention towards his concerns against the leadership of TPCC chief Revanth Reddy. The TPCC chief offered to discuss the ticklish issues in person, while leaders like V Hanumantha Rao, Komatireddy Rajagopala Reddy, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and Duddilla Sridhar Babu met him personally to dissuade him from leaving the Congress. Even the AICC leaders called him up to request him to stay back in the party. Thus he has succeeded in drawing the attention of the AICC towards his concerns.
