Telangana Bill: What happened in Speaker's Chamber?

The book 'Vibhajana Katha: Naa Dairy Lo Konni Pejilu' penned by former Congress MP Undavalli Arun Kumar is creating a storm in political circles. He particularly mentioned about the conspiracy of UPA Government to create the Telangana statehood against the democratic practices. He alleged Telangana Bill was never passed in Lok Sabha and Centre has deliberately stopped the live telecast of the house proceedings on the day Bill was placed in the Parliament for passage. He also mentioned about the discussion between Congress heavyweights and Leader of Opposition Sushma Swaraj in the Speaker's chamber.
Former Union Minister Jaipal Reddy condemned the allegations of Undavalli saying the chapter on Speaker's Chamber in his book is just a case of wild imagination. He informed no one including KCR & Undavalli know what happened in the Speaker's chamber on February 18th, 2014.
