Jammu and Kashmir: Terrorist target BJP leader Anwar Khan's residence, cop killed!

Going into details, terrorists targeted the BJP leader's residence and opened gun firing leaving the sentry injured. The cop was rushed to a hospital, but the doctors declared the cop, as brought dead.
Police said, BJP in-charge of the Kupwara district, Anwar Khan is safe and he was present at his residence when the unidentified terrorists carried out an attack.
Media reports claimed, two unidentified terrorists reached the BJP leader's residence and knocked at the door. The cop guarding his house opened the door. The terrorists shot the cop and left the spot with a rifle.
The cops registered an FIR in this regard and the investigation is underway. More details, in this case, are awaited. This attack marks the third attack in the Union Territory in the past week.
A similar attack took place against the BJP leader back in 2018. Terrorists opened fire at the BJP leader in the Pulwama region. Anwar Khan escaped the attack, while a police officer sustained injuries.
