Jana Gana Mana not permitted in Courts

Supreme Court has recently issued orders directing all the Cinema Halls in the country to play the National Anthem prior to the start of the screening for the love of motherland. It also states people should stand up when Jana Gana Mana is played and National Flag should be shown on the screen.
An Advocate moved Supreme Court seeking direction to all the courts to implement the same rule prior to the start of proceedings every day. The Apex Court sought the opinion of Attorney General on this matter. Attorney General conveyed to the SC that adequate information wasn't provided by the petitioner to strengthen his demand. As a result, Supreme Court has struck down the PIL.
On the other hand, Apex Court has given 10 days to theatre owners for implementing its order. All the political parties in the country have welcomed the judgement passed by the SC.
