Nominations of Two Jana Sena Candidates have been rejected after the scrutiny on Tuesday. One of them happens to be in Narsipatnam of Visakhapatnam District, The other one is in Gudiwada of Krishna District.
Returning Officer rejected the nomination of Jana Sena Narsipatnam Candidate R Govind Rao citing lack of complete details. Govind Rao questioned how could Returning Officer reject his nomination after accepting it on Monday. He is now considering legal battle to contest 2019 Elections. Narsipatnam is a assembly segment in Visakha District. So, This seat is very crucial for Jana Sena as both Pawan Kalyan and JD Lakshminarayana are contesting from here.
On the other hand, Returning Officer rejected the nomination of Jana Sena Gudiwada candidate VNV Raghunandan Rao.
Nominations of TDP Candidate Bode Prasad and YCP Candidate K Parthasarathy were kept pending as both of them complained against each other over not mentioning police cases in the affidavit.
