PK Bought Land For 20 Lakh! So What?

A lot of debate is happening over the 2 acre land bought by Pawan Kalyan in Kaza village near Mangalagiri because the land value is just Rs 20 lakh in the registration documents. How can Jana Sena Supremo get Rs 6-7 crore worth land for just Rs 40 lakh is question raised by TDP Leaders?
Finally, Jana Sena Party broke silence on the controversy to question what's wrong about Pawan Kalyan registering the 2-acre land as per government valuation. 'Is it wrong to buy the land for the price fixed by the Government? AP Registration Department itself fixed the land value (Rs 41.40 lakh) of 2 acre 7 cents of land bought by Pawan Kalyan. Registration Fee was paid as per the land value,' says Jana Sena.
Jana Sena Party advised TDP Leaders to enquire about the land value of Survey Numbers (364, 365, 366, 367, 369) which are near PK's 2-acre land to know the land value is around Rs 20 Lakhs.
It's an open fact that nobody in the state or country registers the land as per market value. Why blame Pawan Kalyan alone? This is what Jana Sena might question but can someone of PK's stature justify it morally or ethically!
