Pawan Kalyan obtained 3-acres of land in the Survey No.181/182 at Chinakakani of Mangalagiri Mandal on lease for Jana Sena Headquarters. To his shock, The dispute over this piece of land came to light after laying the foundation stone and the case is still pending in High Court.
In the lower court, The Judgement came in favour of Muslim leader Jakria. Whereas, Yarlagadda Subbarao filed a petition in the High Court challenging the low court verdict. When the case is still in the court, Late Subbarao's Son Venkateswara Rao offered the land to Jana Sena Office on lease. Muslim Aikya Vedika state president Sheik Jaleel is fighting politically and legally. At the same time, A Rowdy Sheet was opened against Jaleel in Mangalagiri Police Station.
Jana Sena Leaders has gone through all the lands records on Sunday and Monday. After realizing the land dispute is still in the high court, They had removed the shed and bricks in the property. Which means, Pawan Kalyan received a setback in the first attempt itself.
On the other hand, Sheik Jaleel demanded Pawan Kalyan should issue an apology for committing a mistake knowingly or unknowingly. He opined such a situation wouldn't have raised had if Jana Sena checked the records properly before accepting the lease.
