A day before the RK Nagar by-poll, TTV Dhinakaran's Faction of AIADMK released a video clip of former Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa that's been shot when she was undergoing treatment in Chennai's Apollo Hospital. Amma could be seen drinking juicy substance by holding a glass in her hand.
MLA S Vetrivel who released the video clip told the footage was shot after Jayalalithaa was moved from ICU in the presence of VK Sasikala Natarajan. 'Neither Sasikala nor Dhinakaran was consulted by Me before releasing this video. Panneerselvam's Camp kept raising questions over the hospitalization. All the conspiracy theories will be ended with this video,' he said.
Few months ago, Dhinakaran claimed to be having video clip of Jayalalithaa when she was in hospital. He told the video wasn't released to protect the dignity of Amma but offered to give it to any enquiry commission.
Releasing video clip before by-election is a clear ploy of Dhinakaran's Faction to obtain a clean chit from people. Why because, Their political future will be at stake if Dhinakaran faces defeat in RK Nagar by-poll.
