Jayalalithaa left no WILL

An RTI Query disclosed that former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa hasn't left any Will.
RTI Activist S Bhaskaran sought information regarding Jayalalithaa's Will if there is any from Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary. In reply, CS advised the Activist to consult the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department. That's when, The Department informed that there is no such Will written by Amma.
S Bhaskaran suspects either Commercial Taxes and Registration department might be hiding the information as it claims to be not having information maintained by Sub-Registrars. He also demands declaration of Jayalalithaa's Assets as State Property if she didn't mention who should inherit her assets. He pointed out Amma maintained distance from blood relatives and hence they can't claim her wealth.
In her election affidavit filed during the Tamil Nadu Assembly Polls last year, Jayalalithaa revealed she have assets worth Rs 113.72 crore. Who will be the taking over this enormous wealth - Tamil Nadu Govt or Jayalalithaa Nephew Deepak Jayakumar or Sasikala Natarajan?
